Introducing a comprehensive writing sample in the form of lawyer review for Certified Legal Nurse Consultant Service.

“The service you have provided my firm and guidance for getting more clients through positive word of mouth and direct referrals is why I have written this comprehensive review.

Your knowledge of pharmacy operations and standards was key in this instance, holding our values as a team for adapting to new capabilities with the fifth generation of technology.

Pardona Robotics weight of powder tablets skewed the result of the weight mechanism for the machine, this resulted in the wrong pills getting loaded into the bubbles of the medication card. The anticoagulant was incorrectly administered, and the doctor was not aware in order to provide the correct titration of medicine. The amputation was a direct result of a blood clot secondary to fluid stasis where the blood pressure was not adequate to keep circulation to prevent the formation of a blood clot.

The survey produced results that were astonishing, which also led to the conviction of a pharmacist who was diverting opioids. The Pardona Robotics representative provided the manufacturer warning of not loading any C2 narcotics into the automatic filling machine because the weight resulted in a glitch. The crooked pharmacist was making a full prescription for 90 Oxycodone every month selling on the black market for it’s increased street value. His tactic was easily identified as laundering the money through fake advertisements and affiliate deposits of large sums of money into offshore accounts.

3 Dimensional Panoramic Demonstrative Evidence

The deposition was thorough, accurate, taking thousands of records to a magageable 7 pages with every detail needed in an organized presentation for the court. I wanted to mention the demonstrative evidence you created: The interactive display pans around the patient’s room, where we have consulted with the patient, family, care team as well as Certified Life Care Planner. Each piece of equipment now required for the care of this patient in the panoramic exhibit, has the ability to click and pull up reports to see the changes that have so drastically affected this patient’s life.

Thank you for All of Your Team’s Support

Thank you for teaching my marketing team how to post reviews to include the star rate that matches Google and makes the search results stand out. Since we have been provided the plugin tool, the amount of customers and trust is building, making my firm stand out among the expanse of the internet.

With the 2.2 million dollar settlement, our firm has strongly established the reputation to fight for justice and win cases for our community.

The knee replacement was recalled prior to placement, this is something the manufacturer released 2 months prior to the surgery taking place. Without your research and guidance, we may not have known the additional records to request. What is very helpful to this organization is the time spent to streamline and organize the case. The chronology was much easier to follow with your summary that identified some of the points that made this from a 50,000 dollar settlement to a mass tort case worth 2.2 million dollars.

Purple Heart Award Postage on Gold

Purple Heart Award Stamp on Gold

When our firm signed on for ongoing services with the Certified Legal Nurse Consultants within your team, we had no idea we would be in for National News. President Trump came to congratulate, shaking my hand for the story uncovered by the National Organization for Veteran’s Attorneys in partnership with the Department of Justice.

The lost graves of soldiers and missing records were uncovered and without your nurse requesting the Japanese medical records, we would not have found the Purple Heart for engravement of a memory marker. The record translated malunion of 2 fractured legs which never healed, and uncovered for the family the memory marker properly engraved with Purple Heart to give credit for 3 tours in Vietnam on 2 broken legs for this Marine Corps Soldier. The News Headlines read: “Trump sends Condolences, Semper Fi’nally.”

Terrified of Swelling to Death

If you haven’t heard of a condition the patient is talking about, we found your resources the best support. The science and facts built solid cases for patients who were traditionally ridiculed by providers for having mental conditions of imagining the symptoms.

In the next case, we are proud to announce the results of a missed diagnosis catasprohic injury claim. Amy was a cardiac nurse for 25 years, often having health problems related to undiagnosed Hereditary Angioedema. The colleagues of your firm have provided endless wealth of information to understand the condition and how it relates to the life of its victims.

The hospital evironment became a hostile place for this poor nurse, as she witnessed all her colleagues treating her with contempt at work. There were 26 allergies on the list of anaphylaxis for this patient. Each time a minor health problem encountered with severe swelling, to the point of blocking oxygen to reporoductive organs, this meant an emergency hysterectomy, and another supposed allergy to the anesthesia.

The opposing counsil’s defense was immediately rebutted with ease due to the insight of the specialty infusion team consultation. It was interesting to learn of the conditions first-hand from nurses working hands on with the patient at their bedside in their homes. The virtual meeting was a propeller for the success of this case which ended with a verdict that won the client 9million dollars for the loss of consortium, that the patient would not have felt comfortable discussing with just anyone. The one on one care your firm provided to our client was first-class.

-We highly endorse your service and have sent your contact to 3 of our partners in similar cases. That is because we have learned to expect the best legal nurse consulting has to offer.

Words cannot express enough the thanks our firm owes to its trusted nurse partners, we proudly call our Certified Legal Nurse Consulting Allies.

We did not expect the extra education you have provided to help this firm, we were able to open our new Boston office and sign on with 3 new partners who are renown in litigation practice.

Here is a letter from a satisfied customer we are using on our website and we wanted you to be the first to see it before it is published:

“Dear Mister Attorney Sir, I was very depressed about having to relive the tragedy of losing my leg in court. I was relieved to talk with your nurse, the patience they provided made all the difference throughout the experience. You don’t get this much support every day, and the nurses were willing to work with my schedule that has drastically changed since the final surgery. It was reassuring to hear that phantom pain is an occurance, not just me imagining the memory of the pain. It has been getting better, but takes ongoing support.

Without your help, I do not know how my family would have any quality of life. That is why I rose above my fear to talk to your group. I was immediately comforted by the education the attorney gave me and the promptness of being able to talk with the Certified Legal Nurse Consultant for my case.

To be honest, I had never heard of these services or known they existed. With the internet, I just Googled more information. I feel so confident in my attorneys knowing they go right to the best source for quality and standard of care information.”

Victory of the Innocent Defendant

Many frivolous and malingering cases have dampened the judicial system for years. It is estimated that malingering has caused issues in the amount of billions of dollars every year. With the networking of your consultants, we are able to gather more intelligent approach to help resolve this problem.

This is only the beginning of many more success stories we will continue to share with your firm. We do so in honor of the ongoing support and enthusiasm for our firm going from a small office to a national firm that has grown with yours.

Thank you for sending a nurse to teach in the attorney conference. We were excited to see the familiar face of this speaker. When the class was completed, the exibit had the dunking of the consultant to demonstrate how they will not let their attorneys get in over their heads. I remember the mailer sent to me asking if I had a hot case. It was the only piece of mail in the stack that stood out, the secretary brought it to me because she recognized your name and thought it was a funny package.

In the envelope was a thermometer to check the temp and send your hottest cases! I will never forget how funny that was, the secretary and I sat there giggling for a minute. When we went to the exhibit, I met another attorney who got the thermometer in the mail. He said he had not tried the service, but thought it was odd to receive this in the mail. I explained to him these success stories over luch and gave him my coupon that was a glow in the dark golf ball to make sure we know how proud you are to assist with not shooting in the dark but getting that hole in one case.

The golf ball was recently returned to my office with a batch of cheesy enchiladas for our potluck luncheon. I am proud to be affiliated with such an enthusiastic team.

Celebration

In order to celebrate the mutual success of our firms, our affilates are hosting a party for donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma society to provide research in improving the process for people with ultra rare conditions.”

I truly appreciate your input. Pharmacists help with recommendations, but I did not intend to imply the pharmacist prescribed them. It is an imaginary example in which the pharmacist discovered a way to divert narcotics by incorrect use of the robotic system. You are welcome, of course!

I am having a little trouble understanding what the blog is about.  I realise they are cases involving wrongdoing, but how does this tie into ‘Certified Legal Nurse Consultant Service’.  Are these cases that you have helped clients with?

What is meant by ‘3 Dimensional Panoramic Demonstrative Evidence?  The paragraph has the first person pronoun but who is saying it?

Can you please provide the names of the individuals and firms mentioned to me help understand the article?

      Dear Aaron,

Hi there, and thank you for giving me a visit. This js a mock review of the attorney writing to the Legal Nurse Consultant Firm. The sample was requested to consider my service, whether I will be selected to join an elect few within a consultant group. With the variety of applicants, the approach was my best attempt to be creative to set apart from many similar-style reports.

The point is to illustrate to attorneys and legal nurse consultants how the experience in consulting and digital media as well as pharmacy technology greatly benefits firms. The names are not real, although similar occurrences happen and potential pending cases may exist, I had to ensure the details are not exposing any client against privacy responsibilities.

I will be adding to this to elaborate on more ideas. My apology for any confusion. I appreciate your time in commenting on my website.

It sounds like having a Legal Nurse Consultant has been highly beneficial for patients and those who have sought legal advice for their cases where there have been a need for understanding of medical knowledge within the legal arena. It’s wonderful to read how valuable patients have found having a LNC listen to their concerns, support them and help them feel valued regarding their needs while also doing diligent research and uncovering valuable information for their case. It sounds like LNC nurses have a valued and necessary role in legal cases to support patients. Thanks for the hard work you are doing.

      Dear Kat,

This week is the AALNC (American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants) 30th Birthday, and to celebrate, I wanted to make the writing sample into a blog for awareness of the CLNC role.

I sincerely appreciate your response and understanding the support an LNC can give to the medical-legal team. I hope you will give this a share on Social Media to help promote fellowship and raise the idea. Many do not know this exists, or what the benefit can be of asking an attorney whether they work closely with Legal Nurse Consultants for their cases. Behind the scenes can make a big difference in the case outcome.

      With Warm Regards,

Hello, I find your blog here is quite helpful for my friend. He is learning in nursery school and soon will graduate. I’m helping him to find some material for his additional learning outside school. In this article, I see that you mention this as an example of attorney writing. Do you mind to explain why and when they will send this writing to certified legal nurse consultant service? This will be helpful for my friend. Thank you.

This is helpful if attorneys provide reviews on a specific case. In order to demonstrate a skillset which highlights the strengths in a compact way, this was my response for a requested comprehensive writing sample. There are many applicants for consideration, so I am attempting to demostrate engagement as well. Another goal is to raise awareness for 30 years of AALNC celebration. One of my affiliates has the goal to help 300,000 people understand the value and benefits of collaboration with Legal Nurse Consultants, the bigger picture being a positive outlook in upholding high standards of care. I hope this helps, and you will consider forwarding to your friend.

The review process in any application is to share experience and expertise. With so much competition for keywords in the legal field, the best hope is engagement of a caring audience. People always ask Google for review information and research products and services in order to make informed decisions on purchases. They do not want to be discouraged and disappointed after spending their money on something. Quality Reviews are a great resource for this.

      Thank You & Kind Regards,

Your sample review was very detailed and would convince any prospective partner that you know what you are talking about. For the layman, it was perhaps a bit hard to understand and follow, but that is to be expected, as there are quite a few details that only someone that knows the business would be able to add.

In that regard, I think you have accomplished the mission. For readers that may not understand the intent (I read through the comments and that helped quite a bit understand more about the post and the intent) the scenario seemed real and for sure there were a number of problems that you addressed that helped the situation…

You have shown me that you have the competence needed and know very well what you are talking about, and I am sure that any prospective partners will be able to see this as well. The story was very effective in that it also showed the necessity for having such a consulting service in many situations. I hope that I am on the mark here!

What is to my greater dismay is that the crooked pharmacist take advantage of prescription system, selling Oxycodone in black market to make huge profit.

This is an exhausting post from you and I like the information passed across. The techniques enlisted are germane since those are things we pay for to get normally. However, I do not totally understand everything on the post. I was somewhat confused at some stages and torn between whether the post was talking about the conviction of the wrongdoers in the health sector or just a narration of what led to President Trump’s handshake?

    • Rebecca Nixon

      Reply

Thank you for your interest and response. It is labeled comprehensive to help you prepare for possible exhaustion. The point is to key in on the fact that these are not just things you get normally, but only attorneys who like to optimize their time to focus on their expertise while delegation of legal nurse consultant, and employment of nurse testifying experts can provide a service no other type of legal assistant or ancillary employee can provide.

It makes a large difference, and many lawyers are particular about requiring the trade CLNC for contracts. That is because the training sets and upholds compliance to care standards, as well as ethical adherence assured by careful measures. The education and practice required in order to testify speaks volumes for itself. I hope this helps to answer your question. People can choose to hire lawyers with or without these resources which only LNC’s can provide.

At first, I was confused as to what the “focus topic” this article is all about, but then after going through the end of the article, I discovered that this is a collection of information by or for the lawyer named John Law. In the first part of the article, it got my attention because of the mention about a malpractice done by a pharmacist. And since I am a pharmacist, I read on.

With this lawyer, is he practicing for what particular specialty in law? Is he specializing in medical malpractice or in the regulation of prohibited drugs?

But it’s an educative article as you discuss pharmacy, Pardon Robotics which are a new topic to me as well as I am very much interested to know a little bit more about that thing. Hi there, I know that many law firms need to enlist the help of medical professionals when they are proving their worker’s comp or personal injury cases to mediators or in court. There are also times when medical professionals need to defend themselves in court against malpractice cases.

So… with that said,  I apologize, but I’m a bit confused as to what I’m reading. Is this something that a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant would provide as a referral to someone about a law firm? Or something that a law firm would provide to a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant? Or something to use in a court case?

    Thanks for the clairification!

      Dear Aly,

Great question, it is a mock review of an attorney who is talking about the skills I possess helps their firm. The request was for a comprehensive writing sample, so my idea was as a mock review. I don’t know how many applicants redact (black out) the name and just send a report they have used. That may have been a better approach. Mainly, sharing the awareness of the role of legal nurse consultants was the goal of publishing it as well as getting feedback and helping readers understand some of the issues faced in the Medical-Legal area of research.

Thank you so much for perplexing questions, it helps me think of revision or repurposing the stories.

The thoughtfulness and effort of your writing gives a reference to your passion for health. Please send me a note if I can help any of your endeavors in regard to this article. I really enjoyed giving the nursing insight for your ebook and always look forward to reading your work.
The one thing that strikes me above all is your positive support. I have not read a comment with a downward slant in terms of feedback. It is truly uplifting.
